Through proactive physical and nutritional assessments as well as medical evaluations and testing, Vitruvia treats the whole patient in the present instead of relying on doctor visits to treat the symptoms of an established disease in the future.

Her Background...

Dr Laura Miles started this practice after going on her own personal health journey. She had already discovered that traditional western medicine was missing something and had started the anti-aging and regernative medicine fellowship to fix herself. Along the way she discovered her passion. Dr. Miles structured her practice to listen, discover, research, and explore all options for treatment. Symptoms are not just treated, they are explored for their underlying biochemical pathways that are not working properly. By understanding these pathways of diseases, she can recommend target specific supplements that have the potential to heal not just treat the symptom. Of course, prescription medicine can be used to treat symptoms and can help you feel better temporarily, but learning what your body needs to balance and operate efficiently can be a much more effective and permanent solution.

Dr. Laura Miles graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies in undergraduate and medical school, respectively. She completed her internship and residency through the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Originally board certified in Ophthalmology, Dr. Miles' personal journey toward healthy living has led her into training with the Anti-aging and Regenerative Medical Society. This special training has resulted in yet another board certification, this one by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine board. Her diverse background makes for a unique approach in managing and maintaining a healthy life.
